RETURN POLICY

Raderwerks Alloys wants each and every customer to be 100% satisfied with his/her purchase.

We are very confident in the quality of products we provide however we understand that situations arise. We will accept returns on non-defective or non-damaged merchandise if requested within 7 days from delivery date.

Items must be returned to us within 15 days of delivery and will be issued credit/refund of the invoice total less all shipping fees once condition of product is verified. (Typically within 2 days from package arrival)

Raderwerks Alloys must be contacted prior to returning merchandise and provided a return authorization number which must be clearly marked on the outside of the returned item.

GENERAL INFORMATION

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please call 1-888-825-9627 or send email to sales@raderwerks.com for a Return Authorization Number.

Wheels will not be accepted if tires have been mounted or if wheel has been used in any way. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Package and insure all items for their full value. Lost or damaged parts can not be exchanged or refunded.

SHIPPING DAMAGED ITEMS

We package all of our products well. On occasion, packages will get damaged by the shipping company.

DO NOT INSTALL DAMAGED ITEMS. BE sure to closely inspect all wheels or tires prior to mounting. Do not leave this responsibility to your wheel or tire installer. It is your responsibility to be sure that all items are 100% perfect prior to installing. We cannot file a damage claim with shipping company if the item has been installed or used.

Call us immediately to discuss the damaged item(s) and replacement process. We will do our best to replace all or a portion of the shipment as fast as we possibly can. Inventory changes often and it may not be possible to easily replace a single damaged wheel with the same style.

WHEELS

Wheels must have a foam sheet pad protecting the face of the wheel from cardboard chafing. This is very important as cardboard can damage wheel finish during return shipping.

Wheel must be secured and well protected in the box. Any foam packaging material received with the shipment must be reused in the same way.

Remove any staples or hard objects that may damage wheel.

Please use original packaging material when returning any items. Please call for new packaging material if needed.

TIRES

Each tire must be labeled with Raderwerks address as well as your own address.

Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on each label.

WHEEL & TIRE PACKAGES

When possible, use original packaging material. Replacement packaging available upon request.

Original packaging consists of Three cardboard layers (two for the face of the wheel and one for the backside of the wheel). Foam layers are required to protect the face of the wheels from cardboard scratches.

The tire/wheel packages must be repackaged in the same fashion as when they were originally received.

If nylon banding is not available, a high-strength tape may be substituted to hold cardboard and foam securely on the tire/wheel package.

TIRE & WHEEL PACKAGES

Credit less all freight charges incurred. less 10% restocking fee. You will also be charged an additional $40.00 for dismount.

FULL CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE MET

Wrong merchandise is received, except if customer is at fault. customer is responsible for verifying fitment prior to ordering.

Merchandise is damaged during shipping.

Merchandise is defective.

Merchandise does not properly fit your vehicle, and fitment was approved by Raderwerks Alloys.

WARRANTY

All wheels offered by Raderwerks Alloys come with a set of guarantees. We guarantee the finish of painted, clear coated, or polished wheels for one full year after delivery.

All wheels carry a lifetime warranty on the structure of the wheel. All warranties cover manufacturers defects only.

Neither warranty covers shipping damage, misuse or negligence, road hazard damage, improper tires size, nor wheels used for racing or off-road driving.

All tires are covered under manufacturers warranty. See individual tire brand website for warranty information.

SHIPPING

We Ship UPS Ground with Free Insurance.

$100/set within the lower 48 U.S. States.

Shipping to Canada will be $160.

We cannot ship to APO/FPO or PO Box addresses.

Email us for a shipping quote if outside above regions.

We will only ship to the confirmed address of Paypal and Credit Card accounts.

PAYMENT

Payments accepted in the forms of all major credit cards, money orders, and PayPal.

We do not accept Personal Checks or C.O.D. shipments.

7% sales tax must be added by New York residents.
