How much is shipping?
In most cases 18” wheels are $95.00 and 19” wheels are $105.00 in the Continental US. Shipments to AK and HI would need to be quoted by email prior to ordering. info@raderwerks.com
You can easily find your shipping total by adding the items to your cart, entering your address and selecting the “calculate shipping” button.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes we ship to Canada via FEDEX International Economy. The shipping rates fluctuate often and need to be quoted on a per order basis. Customs fees and duty will be due upon arrival and on average run about 13% of the invoice total. We will not adjust invoice totals. Expect rates to be about $150-$200 USD for southern areas of Canada and $200-$300 USD for areas in Northern Canada.
Do you ship International?
We can ship anywhere in the world, however freight cost on a single set of wheels on average can range from $300-$600 USD or more depending on wheels and destination.
Do you ship to APO?
Sorry we do not ship to APO. The tracking on United States Postal Service shipments is very poor and we are not willing to assume the risk of doing so.
Will you ship to a different address from my billing address?
We will only ship to an alternate address if you are able to personally sign for the wheels upon delivery. All shipments require an adult signature and in most cases require a direct signature by the credit card holder.
Will you ship to my Tire Shop ?
We will NOT ship to your tire shop and this is to protect you from their failure to handle your wheels properly. There are too many issues that can occur and ultimately you would be responsible for their actions.
How long does shipping take ?
Wheels are shipped from California, Florida, and New York depending on wheels ordered. Standard FEDEX ground estimates apply so expect delivery time to be from 1-6 business days. Wheels typically are processed for shipping with in 1-2 days. Any extended shipping delays will be communicated to the buyer if the need arises.
Do you sell tires ?
We do not sell tires. We can assist with tire suggestions however we take no responsibility for your tire decisions. There are many factors that affect tire size decisions including car height, tire brand, wheel width and more. Please do not rely on us solely for your tire size suggestions and we suggest that you research any “non OEM” tire fitments prior to ordering.
Are your wheels hub-centric?
Some are and some are not. Each wheel is different and in many cases requires a hub-centering ring, which will be provided in every case.
Do I need new lug bolts ?
In most cases aftermarket wheels are made using a CONICAL SEAT lughole. The majority of OEM cars like VW, AUDI, and Mercedes use a BALL SEAT lug from the factory and would require you to purchases new lug bolts. Lug bolts are not included with your order. Please email info@raderwerks.com if you are unsure about your application. Also please see the "Fitment Guide" for more answers.
Do you offer custom bolt patterns, offsets, or widths ?
We offer one-piece and three-piece wheels. All one-piece wheels are available in the bolt patterns that are noted on our website. One-piece wheels come complete from the factory and neither the bolt pattern, offset, or width can be changed.
If you are interested in three-piece wheels (NOBLE, VIRTUE, IMPERIAL) each of these wheels are custom made to order. This means you can order them in virtually any specification you like including color, offset, width, and bolt pattern. These wheels take about 6-8 weeks to complete.
Do you offer custom colors?
We only offer custom colors on our three-piece wheels. The cost for a color outside of the standard colors (Black, Matte Black, Silver, Hyper Silver, Gold, Gunmetal) carry an additional charge of $85.00 per wheel. There is also additional charge for custom colored lips and would need to be quoted upon ordering. Please note that custom colors can add slightly to delivery time but we always aim to stay under 8 weeks.
What if I am not happy with my wheels?
You have seven days to request a return authorization from the time of delivery. If you do not like your wheels and they are not damaged in any way, you may return them at your expense and responsibility. This means that you must place adequate insurance on this return package and we will issue a refund after the wheels are inspected for damage or use. You will also incur a 10% restocking fee to cover labor and packing time required to complete your order. Please refer to our website and gallery for images of wheels mounted on various cars. If you do not see an image of your wheel and car please email info@raderwerks.com and we may be able to supply an image.
If the wheels are used in ANY way they will not be accepted for return. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. You are responsible for testing the fit on your car prior to mounting any Tires.
What if my wheels arrive damaged?
Each shipment is insured for replacement value. You must inspect your shipment with 48 hours of delivery and inform us of any issues. Failure to notify us with in 48 hours will void our responsibility for a damaged shipment. We cannot send a replacement until the damaged items have been inspected by FEDEX and a damage claim is processed. We try to pack our wheels in the best manner we can however damage does occur. We will do everything in our power to get you a replacement or a credit as fast as possible.
What is the warranty on my wheels?
All wheels come with a 1-year finish warranty and a lifetime structural warranty. Wheels will not be warranted for finish as they have been used during winter weather or is a chemical cleaning agent has been used. Always clean your wheels using only soap and water and be sure to clean your wheels if for any reason they see salted winter roads.
Warranties for finish and structure are at the discretion of the manufacturer and Raderwerks will only serve as the facilitator for your claim. The final decision is ultimately that of the manufacturer.
